The first concert in their Fall 2023 Season features 31 student musicians from Oberlin performing works centered around 8s: Octets, October, and OCTΩ. This collection of works will include the world premiere of Oberlin composition student Benjamin Muir's "The Maker Takes His Leave" and the premiere arrangement of Asuka Kakitani's October for percussion octet.

Asuka Kakitani - October from 12 Months in Minnesota for Percussion Octet 
Benjamin Muir - The Maker Takes His Leave for String Octet 
Emma O'Halloren - Constellations for Octet 
George Enescu - String Octet, Op. 7
